I help build deep-tech companies and bring novel technologies from concept to commercial success. Over the past two decades I've worked across analytical instrumentation, pharmaceutical QC innovations and spectroscopy technologies — most notably as co-founder of Cobalt Light Systems, acquired by Agilent Technologies. 

I lead product and commercial development at the sharp end of early-stage instrument businesses, taking new products from first prototype through to market launch. I often work with founder teams and growth-stage companies to sharpen their products, build the right partnerships and find their fastest route to revenue.
